NetFacilities, Inc. is currently looking for candidates to join our Technical Training Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service and quality technical support, and is the first point of contact for customers as well as employees. This is a full Time position, Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm.

Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
* Respond to customer requests for support via phone or email in a professional, confident, and courteous manner.
* Provide technical support to customers: answer technical inquiries, diagnose reported problems or configuration issues, recommend solutions, escalate when appropriate and follow issues through to resolution.
* Provide technical support for a variety of issues including those related to connectivity, applications, and hardware.
* Interact with end users, clients, vendors, and other participants to ensure the efficient utilization of systems according to industry standards.
* Educate users on new and more effective ways to use their computing resources.
* Document and manage customer issues within the corporate ticket management system.
* Research and contribute technical resolutions and process improvement via interaction in technical discussions and knowledge base documentation.
* Work on back-end set up to prepare for new client use.
* Train customers on applicable software packages.
* Collaborate with other team members to test new releases.
* Work with development team for customization.
* Familiar with configure laptops, printers, computer peripherals, smartphones, etc.
* Lead technical projects such as implementation of new products, including procedural documentation.

Education:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* A.S. in Computer Science or related college-level course of study preferred.
* Microsoft certifications (MTA, MCSA, MCDBA, etc.) a plus

Experience:
Three year technical support experience, utilizing effective phone and email communication skills, including problem determination and resolution, incident escalation tracking. Experience in leading projects would be preferred.

* Software maintenance and trouble-shooting skills (in-house application as well as MS,MAC, IOS and Androids applications).
* Strong project leadership skills.
* Familiarity with imaging, setup configuration, modification and deployment of IOS & Windows 7, 8 or higher, laptops, printers, scanners and related peripherals and software.
* Familiarity with setting up user accounts, permissions on active and file directories, and administrative rights on proprietary applications and servers.

This is a Salary compensation position;
* $18.26 per Hr. with a performance pay increase after three month orientation to (40K a Year. $19.23Hr.)

About the Job

Fast growing SaaS company seeking a talented developer in the Long Beach, CA and neighboring areas who can assist in the development and administration of a web-based applications on a full time, permanent basis. Our product is Computerized Maintenance Management web application built using MS SQL.

The job entails covering the entire life cycle of the software: design, development, debugging, optimization, integration, testing, roll-out and maintenance. The ideal candidate must have experience in delivery of scalable web applications and services.

Strong software problem solving skills, takes initiative, honest with good work ethics, able to effectively manage time, self-sufficiency and ability to work as a part of a small team are a must.

Your Contribution:

· Build scalable web applications and services

· Participate in code and design reviews

· Use design and coding best practices

· Follow feature requirements from product owners and request more information if necessary

· Evaluate and recommend appropriate 3rd party libraries

· Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical project risks

· Accurately estimate time resources required for completion of specific features

· Use iterative development practices to demonstrate functionality early and often

Requirements

The candidate must have demonstrable development experience, strong analytical skills, follow best programming practices and produce high quality code.

· Can follow instructions and specifications as determined by business leadership.

· Experience with .NET Frameworks, AJAX and JSON

· Familiar with Visual Studio 2010+

· Familiar with deploying applications, IIS 6+

· Experience with architectural patterns (Specifically MVC 3+)

· Must understand and can work with C#, jQuery, SQL, TSQL and LINQ.

· Familiar with writing stored procedures.

· Has worked with grids of some kind.

· Has created/maintained a database

· Experience setting up/working in multiple environments (DEV, QA, PROD, etc).

· Has worked with resource files and understands their purpose/benefits.

· Has previously developed an API or service.

· Experience with Telerik/Kendo UI

· Knowledge with handling and managing servers a plus

· Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus

Experience

Minimum four years’ experience developing web applications using Microsoft technologies

BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Term

Permanent full time position contingent on completing successful 3 month evaluation period
