The NetFacilities team believes in providing unsurpassed service to all clients. That is why we include ongoing support whether you have one facility or many. Unique to NetFacilities, you work one-on-one with a dedicated Support Consultant at all times. You will never have to deal with call centers. Ongoing Support and Training

NetFacilities conveniently conducts all ongoing training via Internet and conference call meetings throughout the life of your contract. Your dedicated Support Consultant is friendly in addition to being knowledgeable about our products and services. We want to understand your business and help you get the most out of NetFacilities. Developing and maintaining a close relationship by working with the same Support Consultant makes all the difference in achieving this goal.

Live telephone support is available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Apart from ongoing price differences between these two systems, support services also vary. Handling of support requests in a SaaS model are done through the software vendor with minimal to no support required from the buyer’s IT department. Some SaaS systems provide technical support free of charge while others charge hourly or annual fees. When software updates are released, vendors often provide users with training webinars to go over new features. 

NetFacilities system maintenance is included so you can have peace of mind and no hidden charges. All clients receive system enhancements automatically anytime we update the system - revisions appear seamlessly. NetFacilities includes assisted set-up to eliminate any guesswork, assuring that you are up and running quickly. Following the initial set-up, your support and training will be scheduled. Your first introduction course will take you through the NetFacilities system features and functions. Additional training courses will cover various aspects of system use and deployment, while moving at a comfortable pace. We have an online help guide for those users wishing to “self-serve” and explore how to use the various system functions on their own.

Our goal a is for customers to receive upfront training on our CMMS system to ensure a successful implementation, with ongoing training to sharpen skills and use our system to the fullest extent.

Upfront Training

Our team of experts will provide remote training sessions to get your team up to speed on our CMMS software. We will work with you to develop a training plan that fits the needs of your staff and time frame. We’ll cover topics like: System Introduction, Asset and Preventive Maintenance focus, Work Order Management introduction, Reporting and all other Features selected in your customized package.

All other NetFacilities users (tenants, employees, maintenance staff and vendors) may submit online case forms to ask questions or request assistance via e-mail. Online support response times vary, usually within the same day.
